Treasurer's Report: Frank Robinson Operating expenses in March were routine. In terms of net ordinary income, we are ahead of our budget at the end of the first quarter. Lease and Use Agreement Updates: Frank Robinson Updates provided about the following groups with which the church currently has lease and use agreements: Nantucket Lighthouse School, Lucy & Ashley Hehir/Irish Set Dancing, Wetware, and Andre Dobrochinski/Capoeira. Parochial Report: Dual Macintyre A motion to accept the parochial report as presented was voted on and unanimously approved. EMC Update: Pam Goddard We are still doing follow up for this year's canvass. Summer Auction: Cathy Ward Logistics and offerings being determined. All vestry members are encouraged to donate. Executive Committee Report: Stacey Stuart Approximately 200 invitations have been mailed for John Beach's Installation on June 17. Rector's Report: John Beach Worship:John Beach will meet with the 8:00 congregants to find out what their expectation is regarding the service, i.e music, singing, etc.Family Ministries:Sister Susanna will take on the role of Children's Ministries Coordinator in the fall; Cynthia Borneman will serve in this capacity in the summer.Vestry Retreat:Retreat goals/agenda will be set by the executive committee. Other Business:Lou Gennaro: The Ship's Inn dinner will most likely be June 9.Frank Robinson: The AAB approved reconstruction of the Parish House steps. Building permit should be issued shortly.A motion to appoint Sandy Keys assistant treasurer was voted on and unanimously approved. The meeting opened and closed with reflections from Stacey Stuart.
